Steffen Zetzmann is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the University of Mannheim, Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences, and a researcher at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. 

He is a member of the German Real Estate Index (Greix) team, a project committed to enhancing transparency in the German housing market by offering a range of high-quality real estate indicators for various German cities.

His research focuses on financial stability and economic resilience, with a particular emphasis on banking and real estate markets.
